[0001] 1 DEVICE FOR POSITIONING A LUMINOUS SUPPORT OF A LIGHT-EMITTING DIODE ON A SUPPORT MEMBER AND LUMINOUS MODULE FOR A LIGHTING AND / OR SIGNALING DEVICE COMPRISING SUCH A DEVICE The invention relates to a device for positioning a luminous support of a light-emitting diode on a support element and a light module for lighting and / or signaling device comprising such a device. A light module intended in particular for a motor vehicle, as described in patent document FR 3 010 488, comprises a light source associated with a radiator fixed on a reflector, the radiator being arranged in contact with the light source for the dissipation of the heat of radiation emitted by it during its activation. The light source is disposed substantially at the focus of the reflector which is formed of several sectors of paraboloidal shape. The light source advantageously comprises a light-emitting diode which is generally carried directly by a printed circuit board connected to a power source and to control means. The positioning of the light source relative to the focal point 20 of the reflector is an operation that requires significant precision. To achieve this positioning, it is known to arrange on an edge of the printed circuit two semi-circular recesses which, during assembly of the body of the radiator on the reflector, cooperate by interlocking with two projection projections provided on a 25 referencing wall of the deflector and having a corresponding semicircular rounded shape, recesses and rounded shape being substantially of the same diameter. Such a positioning device poses the problem of being hyperstatic. Indeed, such a positioning is done with more constraints than strictly necessary to maintain the correct position, in other words at least one degree of mobility of the printed circuit is deleted several times.

More particularly, an imprecision of achieving the distance between these two recesses has the consequence of deporting too much the relative positioning of the baffle and the light source. To solve this problem, the invention proposes a device for positioning a light support of a light-emitting diode on a support element, ensuring precise positioning of the light support of a light-emitting diode on this support element, while requiring tolerances. manufacturing less and therefore easier to manufacture and less expensive. To do this, the invention proposes a relative positioning device of two parts consisting of a light support of a light emitting diode and a support element of this light support, comprising two pairs of interlocking reliefs, each pair comprising at least a recess on a said piece and at least one projection referencing rounded shape, carried by the other said piece, each projection being intended to come, in the assembled position, each bearing on the bottom of the corresponding recess in one direction corresponding insertion device, characterized in that said positioning device is isostatic. According to particular embodiments, the device comprises one or more of the following characteristics, taken in isolation or in any technically possible combination: the tangent to the bottom of one of the recesses is parallel, for example aligned, with the tangent at the bottom of the other recess; at least one first recess arranged on an edge of the light support is semicircular, the second recess being of width greater than or equal to the diameter of this first recess, and the said projections carried by the support element are of semicircular shape; at least one of the projections being of smaller diameter than the corresponding semicircular recess - the first projection is of the same diameter as said corresponding semicircular recess and the second protrusion is of a smaller diameter; said second recess is also semicircular with a diameter equal to the diameter of said first recess; the difference between the diameter of said second recess and the diameter of said second projection is greater than or equal to 10% of the diameter of said second recess; the two recesses are each arranged on a corner of the luminous support and in the form of a quarter circle, the said projections are of semicircular shape, of the same diameter as the corresponding recesses; the distance perpendicular to said direction of insertion between said recesses is less than the distance perpendicular to said direction of insertion between said projections. The invention also relates to a light module for lighting and / or signaling device of which said light support of a light-emitting diode is a printed circuit board, comprising such a device. The invention is described below in more detail with the aid of figures representing preferred embodiments of the invention.

[0005] The seat L 3 is composed of a receiving surface 7 of an outer face of the radiator 4 provided with the support 5 of the light source, and a referencing wall 8 extending substantially perpendicularly to the surface of the 7. The referencing wall 8 serves to position the radiator 4 and therefore also the support 5 with the light source, with respect to the reflector. For this positioning, the referencing wall 8 is adapted to cooperate with a support wall 9 disposed at one end of the radiator 4 and extending substantially perpendicularly to the outer face thereof. Furthermore, the radiator 4 comprises a radiator body 10 formed by a generally rectangular plate to which fins 11 are connected so as to extend on either side of the plate 10. The radiator 4 provided with the support 5 a light source is fixed on the seat 3 of the reflector 1 by fixing means. These fastening means comprise an attachment hole 19 provided in the referencing wall 8 of the seat 3. This fixing hole 19 is aligned with an attachment hole 20 provided in the support wall 9 of the radiator 4, so that to receive a fixing member in the form of a screw 5 for fixing the radiator 4 to the seat 3 of the reflector 1. As can be seen in FIGS. 3 to 5, where the radiator is not shown, the light source is an electroluminescent diode fixed under the support 5 and this support 5 is a printed circuit board. This first embodiment of the relative positioning device 10 of this printed circuit board 5 and the seat 3 will now be described in detail. This device comprises two pairs of interlocking reliefs and more precisely each pair has a recess 5A, 5B on the printed circuit board 5 and a rounded referencing projection 15A, 3B, carried by the seat 3. Each protrusion 3A , 3B is intended to come, in the assembled position shown in Figures 4 and 5, each bearing on the bottom of the recess 5A, 5B corresponding to an insertion direction F. According to the invention, this positioning device is isostatic.
[0006] The recesses 5A, 5B are arranged on one edge of the printed circuit board 5 and the tangent to the bottom of one of the recesses is aligned with the tangent at the bottom of the other recess. As a variant, the tangents are, for example, parallel and offset. The two recesses 5A, 5B are semicircular, of the same diameter, and the projections 3A, 3B carried by the seat 3 are semicircular in shape, a first projection 3B being of the same diameter as the corresponding semicircular recess. 5B and the second projection 3A being of a smaller diameter. Advantageously, the difference between the diameter of the second recess 5A and the diameter of the second protrusion 3A is greater than or equal to 10% of the diameter of the second recess 5A. For example, the diameter of the second recess 5A is 3 mm and the diameter of the second projection 3A is 2 mm. The invention also relates to variants in this first embodiment 5 described. For example, the tangent to the bottom of one of the recesses may not be aligned with the tangent to the bottom of the other recess, the projections then being of different length adapted. On the other hand, the projections may be arranged on the printed circuit board 5 and the recesses on the seat 3. The second recess 5A may not be semicircular and may for example be rectangle-shaped with a width greater than or equal to at the diameter of the first recess 5B. The isostatic character is ensured by the locking of two degrees of freedom at the abutment of the first recess and protrusion 5B, 3B and the blocking of a single degree of freedom at the abutment of the second recess and protrusion 5A, 3A . A second embodiment of the relative positioning device of this printed circuit board 5 and the seat 3 will now be described in detail.
